We consider herein together two separate adversary proceedings instituted by Chapter 7 Debtors against the same defendant-attorney based upon the attorney’s alleged dispatch of the same letter to recover damages under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq.
