EXPERT WITNESSES – ADMISSIBILITY OF EXPERT TESTIMONY – MARYLAND RULES 5-702 AND 5-403 – REVIEW FOR ABUSE OF DISCRETION The Court of Appeals held that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by admitting testimony of the State’s photogrammetry expert witness.
