KOCH, Judge.
This appeal involves a used car that had been damaged extensively prior to its sale. The buyers requested rescission of the contract when they discovered the damage and the faulty repairs shortly after purchasing the car. After their requests for rescission were rebuffed, the buyers filed an action in the Chancery Court for Davidson County against the prior owner of the car, the dealer, and the financing company.
