SNELL, Justice.

Appellants, Gene and Donald Baker, appeal the trial court’s decree in a replevin action establishing ownership of one male ostrich in the appellees Gary and Carol Pren-ger, and establishing ownership of another male ostrich in appellee Missouri Ratite Center, Inc. We affirm.
