WERNICK, Justice.

Defendant George H. Hill is the owner of land situated in the Town of York, Maine, adjacent to the York River. Plaintiffs Charles W. Badger and Edith M. Badger have a right of way over defendant’s land which affords plaintiffs access from land owned by them to the York River.
