This was a scire facias upon a judgment entered on a bond and warrant of attorney of a licensed liquor dealer, under the Act of Assembly to regulate the sale of intoxicating liquors, passed March 31, 1856. The defendant, Lightner, having a license to sell spirituous liquors in quantities of not less than one gallon, was convicted of keeping a tippling house, was sentenced, and paid the fine imposed, with the'costs.
