This is a rule to show cause why judgment in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Altoona Beverage and Ice Company and United States Fidelity and Guarantee Company, to No. 74, March Term, 1928, in the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, should not be opened and defendants allowed to defend and answer thereto.
