This bill in equity is brought by the directors of Southwestern Presbyterian' University, an educational institution chartered under the General Corporation Act of 1875, chapter 142, joining the Presbyterian Synods of Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama as complainants, seeking instructions in the exercise of their trust, particularly in the matter of a proposed relocation of the university now located at Clarksville; it being alleged that after nearly fifty years of operation at Clarksville a change is imperative, if the educational objectives of the trust are to be carried out.…
