At bar are two holdover summary proceedings brought by the landlord, Saljen Realty Corp., against the Human Resources Administration Crisis Intervention Services and St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center Ambulatory Mental Health Services. (Hereafter both will be referred to as the Service Centers.)
