J.W. Tyrone, a resident and citizen of Jefferson Davis county, Miss., filed suit in the circuit court of Pearl River county against the Hercules Powder Company, a Delaware corporation doing business in the state, and having its main office at Hattiesburg, in Forrest county, Miss.; the suit being to recover damages in the sum of three thousand dollars on account of a personal injury sustained by the plaintiff while working for the defendant. The plaintiff secured judgment for the amount sued for, from which judgment this appeal is prosecuted.
