Mrs. Ora Schumpert and John W. Schumpert filed their separate suits against George Watson in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, and by agree ment the cases were consolidated and tried as one suit. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant, and from the judgment entered in the lower court, the plaintiffs there appealed to this Court.
