MEMORANDUM

DAVIS, District Judge.

In September 1999, the newly-purchased recreational vessel owned by plaintiffs Karen M. Jurgensen and William Leary sank in the Chesapeake Bay. Accordingly, they instituted this action alleging claims based on principles of products liability, breach of contract and breach of warranty against numerous entities and persons in the chain of manufacturing and distribution of their doomed vessel.
