Plaintiff Jakie Pollard filed this action against the State of Maryland, the “Department of Education of Baltimore County,” 1 and four individual defendants who worked in the Baltimore County Public Schools (“BCPS”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), the Age, Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).
