FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

The appellee, pursuant to his pleas, was found guilty of numerous violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.1 On June 5, 1978, he was sentenced by military *158judge alone to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 4 years, and total forfeitures. Based upon this adjudged sentence, the commandant at the United States Disciplinary Barracks 2 began crediting the appellee with good time at the rate of 7 days per month as of the above date.3
