This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered against Charlene Benavides who sued Lonnie McCown, Vernon Moore, and the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies (TFBIC) for sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Appellant challenges the summary judgment by four points of error. We affirm the trial court’s summary judgment that appellant has no claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
