OPINION

HINOJOSA, Justice.

Appellant, Gary C. Ford, filed a lender liability suit against appellees, The City State Bank of Palacios (CSB) and J. Don Landry. Appellees moved for summary judgment, and the trial court granted the motion. By six issues, appellant challenges the trial court’s order granting ap-pellees’ motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
