The principal issues in this appeal concern the proper standards for a trial court to employ in determining (1) probable cause for purposes of transfer from the juvenile docket to the regular criminal docket pursuant to General Statutes (Rev. to 1991) § 46b-127, and (2) whether evidence contained in an accused’s offer of proof under General Statutes *111§ 54-46a would be sufficient to rebut an antecedent finding of probable cause.
