This is an appeal from an order and judgment of the district court, which refused to vacate the arbitration award that found Monumental Life Insurance Co. (“Monumental”) liable to Peoples Security Life Insurance Co. (“Peoples Security”) for violation of an agreement dated September 13, 1984.
