OPINION
KING, Circuit Judge:
Steele Software Systems Corporation, now known as Three S Delaware, Incorporated (“3S”), appeals from the district court’s denial of its motion to vacate a 2005 arbitration award of more than $6.1 million (the “Award”) rendered in Maryland in favor of DataQuick Information Systems, Incorporated (“DataQuick”). 1 On appeal, 3S contends that the court should have vacated the Award on several statutory and common law grounds.
