Now before the Court are Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Dkt. # 72) and Plaintiff Empire Bank’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Dkt. #76). The defendants other than Paula Tate (moving defendants) argue in their motion for partial summary judgment that they owe a deficiency to Empire Bank (Empire), that Oklahoma law governs their guaranties, that Okla.
