{¶ 1} Crystal Freeman, administrator of the estate of Clarence Freeman, deceased, plaintiff-appellant, commenced an action in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas seeking damages against defendants-appellees, Batts Temporary Services, Inc. (“Batts”), and Inez Brooks. The action arose out of an automobile accident that occurred on October 11, 2002, in which plaintiff-decedent, Clarence Freeman, was fatally injured.
