OPINION

{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Plaintiff-Appellant, Margarita Gonzalez, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas which granted summary judgment to the Defendant-Appellee, Mahoning County, Ohio. On appeal, Gonzalez raises three issues. She first argues that she was within the zone of employment when she was injured.
