Defendant was granted probation and the suspension of execution of sentence under a judgment which sentenced her to state prison on one count, and was granted probation and the suspension of imposition of sentence on a second count, following her conviction by a jury of two counts of perjury, in violation of the provisions of section 118 of the Penal Code. She has appealed from the judgment, and the appeal will be deemed to include the order granting probation on the second count. (See Pen. Code, § 1237.)
