On April '27, 1853, Eliza Hunt conveyed certain real property to , Andrew Findlay “in trust for the use and benefit of * * * Frances J. Dyett during her natural life and after her decease to her heirs at law ” by deed which empowered said trustee to sell the land so conveyed, and reinvest the money received in other securities ; and provided that “if a sale should be made of said lands, the money or proceeds of said sale shall, until reinvested again be considered as land and held in trust for the benefit of said Frances during her life and after her decease to her heirs at law.”…
