Defendant Allen Tufeld has appealed from a judgment rendered against him jointly and severally with the other defendants. The other defendants have not appealed. They are Elnora Thompson, the driver of a 1940 Buiek automobile, Sarah Jenkins, sister of Elnora, and Fred Jenkins, the husband of Sarah and the person who purchased said automobile from Tufeld.
