This is an appeal from the judgment and order of the district court of (Lincoln county, Okla.,' made on- the 30th day of August, 1920, sustaining separate applications of the defendants in error to reopen a default judgment entered against them and in favor of' the plaintiff in error, at the December, 1919, term of said court. The parties will be referred to in this opinion as plaintiff and defendants, as they were designated in (he trial court.
