Ronald Owen was convicted in a Craighead County jury trial of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia with intent to use, for which he received concurrent sentences of 120, sixty, seventy-two, and twelve months, respectively, in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
