Christopher T. Clements, proceeding pro se, brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VIII”), against his former employer, St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York (“St. Vincent’s”). Defendant, St. Vincent’s, moves for partial judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or in the alternative, for partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56.
