Plaintiff Johnetta Murray, a black Hispanic woman, brought this suit against the Board of Education of the City of New York (“the Board”), as well as Carmen Russo, Leonard Wolff and Martin Weisel (hereinafter, with the Board, “defendants”), claiming that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of her race, gender, and national origin.
