This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment in an action wherein the relief sought was that of compelling defendants to file and record a certificate of redemption from a sale by the sheriff in execution of a judgment in a suit to foreclose a mortgage.
In substance, the facts are as follows: Defendant Lillian M. Gilbert, who by reason of her marriage after the institution of the action is now known as Lillian Mary Ann Hall, was the owner of several lots of land upon which she had given a mortgage to her co-defendant herein, Louis Brown, as security for a certain indebtedness which Mrs.…
