This is an appeal from the denial of plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial. Plaintiffs brought an action for ejectment and for damages against Twin City Red Barn No. 2, Inc. The question of plaintiffs’ right to exclusive possession of the land from which they Sought to eject defendant was the only issue tried to the court. The issue raised on this appeal is whether the trial court clearly erred in finding that plaintiffs had knowledge of an easement over the land in question at the time they purchased it, thus depriving them of their right to exclusive possession of the land.
