OPINION

GERBER, Judge.

This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission award for continuing temporary benefits. Because the administrative law judge erroneously denied cross-examination of Dr. Stephen Hempel-man, we set aside the award, and therefore need not review any other issue on appeal.

FACTS
