This case is before the Court on the Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Terry W. Crews, Interstate Indemnity Co., Billy Davis, Morgan Drive Away, Inc., and Empire Fire and Marine Insurance. In its Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, the Plaintiff seeks to have this Court adjudge that Plaintiff is not obligated to defend or insure Defendant Mark C.
