This professional malpractice action is before the court on a motion for summary judgment (Doc. 6) and a motion for sanctions (Doc. 8) filed by defendants John Bird, Robert Glassman, and Glassman, Bird & Braun (collectively the “Attorneys”), and a motion for summary judg ment (Doc. 9) filed by defendants James Adams and Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, P.A. (collectively the “Accountants”). For the reasons set forth below, the motions are granted.
