Appeal from Kalamazoo; Adams, J. Bill by O. LeGrand Allen against Elliott H. Crane and others to subject certain real estate claimed as a homestead to the payment of a judgment. From a decree dismissing the bill, complainant appeals.

This bill of complaint was filed to subject a house and lot occupied and claimed as their homestead by defendants Crane and wife, to the payment of a judgment obtained by the complainant against defendant Elliott H. Crane.
August 16,1901, defendant Elliott H. Crane contracted with one Richard Hope for the purchase of the house and premises in question, for which he was to pay $2,550 in stated payments.
