THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Motions to Compel Arbitration and Stay Action [Doc. Nos. 20, 21], and Plaintiffs Motion for Continuance to Respond to Defendants’ Motions to Compel Arbitration and Stay Action [Doc. No. 28]. For the reasons given below, Defendants’ Motions are GRANTED and Plaintiffs Motion is DENIED.
BACKGROUND
