A. Summary of the Case

The American National Red Cross is a not-for-profit corporation chartered by the Congress of the United States with authority to sue and be sued. Recently the Supreme Court of the United States opined that cases in the United States Courts involving the Red Cross invoked federal question jurisdiction. See, American National Red Cross v.
