In July 1993, Plaintiffs filed this action alleging that they were dismissed from employment as sales representatives for Defendants in retaliation for Plaintiffs’ refusal to implement a pricing system prohibited by the Robinson-Patman Anti-Discrimination Act. Plaintiffs also seek relief from this Court under common law theories of breach of contract and promissory estoppel.
