COFFIN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs’ complaint against Greyhound Lines, Inc. (Greyhound) for breach of a bargaining agreement and against the Amalgamated Council of Greyhound Local Unions (Council) for breach of its duty of fair representation. Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185. Plaintiffs are four Massachusetts teacher drivers.
