In these proceedings, this court is called to review determinations of the State Bar of Nevada’s Board of Governors, which has recommended to us that attorney John Tom Ross should be disbarred, that attorney Peter L. Flangas should be suspended from the practice of law for two years, and that each of them should be fined one-half of the costs the State Bar has incurred through investigating and processing charges against them.
