In this interlocutory appeal, Elite Financial Services, Inc. (Elite) challenges the district court’s denial of its motion to compel arbitration of, and stay proceedings with respect to, various federal and Maryland state law claims lodged against it by Patricia Snowden (Snowden), one of Elite’s deferred deposit transaction customers.
