Accused was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at Da Nang, Republic of South Vietnam, charged with one specification • of unpremeditated murder, in violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 918. He was found guilty as charged and sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for ten years.
