MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HAIGHT, District Judge:

This case is before the Court on defendants’ in limine objections to certain evi dence the Government intends to introduce at trial. Defendants essentially assert three objections: (1) the testimony of certain witnesses constitutes inadmissible hearsay; (2) no adverse inferences should be drawn against the District Council from the Fifth Amendment invocations of non-party witnesses; and (3) the Government should be precluded from offering the testimony of three witnesses.
