RONEY, Senior Circuit Judge:
This case questions the proper venue of an age discrimination claim against a Government agency. Since there is no venue provision in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act itself, we hold that the general venue statute applies and that venue of this case was in the Middle District of Florida where the plaintiff lives. In so doing, we reject the Government’s argument and the district court’s decision that the venue provision of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act should be read into the age discrimination statute.
