Plaintiff Sharon E. Bonham filed this lawsuit, charging defendant Regions Mortgage, Inc., with discriminating against her because of her age and retaliating against her for filing a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and for filing this lawsuit.
