Grand Investment Corporation appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Connaughton, Boyd & Kenter, P.C. (CBK), John Boyd, and Jerry Kenter on its petition for expense escalation rent, holdover rent, and attorneys’ fees. Grand Investment raises four points on appeal.
