DECISION
HOLTE, Judge:
Consistent with his pleas the appellant was found not guilty of one charge of wrongfully possessing cocaine with intent to distribute and one charge of wrongfully possessing drug abuse paraphernalia in violation of a lawful general regulation. Contrary to his pleas he was convicted of one charge of wrongful use of marijuana and one charge of wrongful use of cocaine. The bases for the two charges of which the appellant stands convicted were positive urinalysis tests. He was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, confinement for nine months, forfeiture of $300.00 per month…
