OPINION OF THE COURT

COOK, Judge:

At a special court-martial bench trial in Frankfurt, Germany, Judge Gilligan convicted the accused of wrongful possession of methamphetamine, in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 892, and adjudged a sentence which included a bad-conduct discharge. The accused contends the judge erred in admitting into evidence testimony by his unit commander, Captain Spiker, of discovery of the substance during a search of a *446suit carried by the accused. We sustain Judge Gilligan’s ruling, and affirm the decision of the United States Army…
