The Philadelphia and Beading Coal and Iron Company appeals from the judgment of the court below sustaining an award by the Workmen’s Compensation Board to the mother of one of its employes who was accidentally killed at its Beevesdale Colliery. Appellant admits the employment of the deceased boy, his accidental death on its premises, and the dependency of the claimant. It disputes that the accident resulting in the boy’s death occurred in the course of his employment.
