This is an appeal from a decree passed by the circuit court of the United States for the district of Maryland dismissing ihe hill of complaint filed in said court by the appellant, the object of which was to restrain the appellees from manufacturing, selling, or using certain bicycle saddles, which it was alleged in said bill constituted an infringement of the letters patent of the United States, Ho. 532,444, issued January 15, 1895, to Henry A. Christy, for improvements in a bicycle saddle, which patent, it was claimed, was owned by ihe complainant company. The…
